All website content (documentation, presentations, images and graphics) are the property of Hannah Smith Wellness and as such can not be reproduced in any manner without the express written consent of Hannah Smith Wellness. To obtain consent please contact us and indicate in the subject line "consent request"; please indicate the item you are requesting consent to share and the reason/use for the requested item. The products and services provided by Hannah Smith Wellness are supportive and educational in nature only and are not intended to take the place of ongoing support and guidance of your health care professional. It is always the opinion of Hannah Smith Wellness that medical attention is sought by your health care professional for all concerning conditions. As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist/Certified Nutritional Practitioner I DO NOT diagnose or treat illness and disease. I provide recommendations regarding dietary, lifestyle and supplementation routines based on current research and best practice methods. All recommendations are unique to each persons individual needs and are not in any way intended to treat illness or disease or take the place of your medical professionals care and involvement.

Private policy

Your personal information provided during Assessments and Consultations is utilized ONLY for the purpose of providing you with the best and most relevant support, guidance and information. All client contact information is kept in the strictest of confidence and utilized ONLY for the services provided by Hannah Smith Wellness. At NO TIME is your personal information shared beyond Hannah Smith Wellness.

This notice describes how medical information about your may br used and disclosed and how you can get access to this information. 

usage of services

For best results it is recommended that sessions be used within a three (3)-month period.

Sessions will expire after six (6)-months from the time of purchase. 


Payment Terms, Insurance & Cancellations

Payment/purcahse policy

All purchases and payments are final. We do not offer refunds for any services and/or products, however every attempt will be made to expand on/revise/modify original service and product items in order to satisfy/meet your needs. Please see Cancellation Policy below for exception.

Payments due at time of booking. Confirmation and receipt will be provided.

Should you need to reschedule, please contact our office no less than 48 business hours before your scheduled appointment time to avoid cancellation fees.


check with your insurance provider

Some health insurance plans cover nutritional consulting.  Flex plans, covering gym memberships and alternative health care are becoming more and more popular as well.  Some plans will cover my services with a doctor's referral. Check with your insurance provider and ask if you are covered.  I will provide you with a receipt that you can submit for reimbursement.

Cancellation policy

Please contact Hannah with a minimum of 48 hours in advance if you shall require a change to your appointment or you can do so on your client account. Your time will always be respected as we ask that our time is too.  All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
